Privacy policy
1. Controller
bsp Beratungsgesellschaft für Systemplanung mbH, Albert-Schweitzer-Str. 16, 82008 Unterhaching, Germany, e-mail kontakt@bspgmbh.de.
2. Principles
This website sets no cookies, uses no analytics, tracking or advertising services and loads no content or fonts from third-party servers. We do not sell data or pass it on for advertising.
3. Visiting the website
When you visit the site, our hosting provider ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany, processes technically necessary access data (IP address, time, page requested, browser) in server logs, for secure operation, on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
4. Signing up for the briefing
For the briefing we process your e-mail address, your topics, your package, your language and the times of sign-up, confirmation and unsubscription, in order to create and send your personal briefing, on the basis of Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (contract). Sign-up uses double opt-in: you only receive briefings after clicking the link in the confirmation e-mail. Unconfirmed sign-ups are deleted after 7 days. To prevent abuse we count sign-ups per connection and day using a non-reversible check value; we do not store the IP address itself.
Sign-up data is stored on ALL-INKL.COM servers in Germany. The briefing is created on a server of Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany, and sent via the ALL-INKL.COM mail server.
5. Creation with artificial intelligence
To select and summarise news we use the AI model Claude by Anthropic PBC (USA). Public articles and your topics or a reader profile derived from them are transmitted, not your e-mail address. Anthropic processes the data as a processor; the transfer to the USA is based on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses (Art. 46 GDPR). Please do not enter sensitive personal information in the topics field.
6. Retention and unsubscribing
We store your data for as long as you receive the briefing. You can unsubscribe at any time with one click via the “Unsubscribe” link in every briefing; your data is then deleted unless statutory retention obligations apply.
7. Your rights
You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21). Please contact kontakt@bspgmbh.de. You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR), for example the Bavarian State Office for Data Protection Supervision, Promenade 18, 91522 Ansbach, Germany.
